Herkimer Diamond in Calcite on Dolomite     Treasure Mt. Mine, Fall Hill, Little Falls, New York.  It is quite uncommon to have these crystals remaining in crystallized calcite and on matrix.  This crystals is nicely exposed, as well.  The piece measures 7.3 x 6.8 x 3.4 cm.  The Herk is 4 cm long.  It has a backside chip and like almost all Herks like these is reattached to the matrix.  Fine display characteristics and a good price to to that backside damage.  $95
