Quartz and Cleavelandite on Schorl        Sassi, Gilgit-Skardu Raod, Northern Areas, Pakistan.  A fine, large, high luster specimen composed of several large double terminated tourmalines to 8 cm each.  Piece measures 9.5 x 5.5 x 3.5 cm overall.  Bases of the crystals are overgrown by a silicate that hides those terminations.  A floater with one tourmaline having a small damaged area and the quartz having a tiny (tough to notice) ding.  This fine specimen is very affordable due to the small amount of damage which is not distracting but is there, just the same.  275$
