Grossular     Jeffrey Mine, Asbestos, Quebec, Canada.  This small TN sized plate of crystals measures3 x 1.4 x 1.2 cm.  This one is an atypical light brown color, transparent and damage free.  Crystallized on both sides.  Base and very minor edge contact. Tiny gemmy diopsides and white (feldspar?) on surface in places.  Desirable material loosely considered by many to be the finest garnet specimens found anywhere.   Very nice example.  $85
