Calcite   Tsumeb Mine, Tsumeb, Otjikoto Region, Namibia.  Ex. Thomas G. Fowler collection.  This is an unusual calcite, even by Tsumeb standards, composed of parallel growth stacks of tiny rhombs capped by larger, more transparent rhobs of calcite.  They are somewhat “scepter like” in form.  The cluster is triangular shaped and measures 6.5 x 5.7 x 4.1 cm overall.  Lustrous and attractive.  Damage-free.  $380
